Pakistan has called for enhanced global collaboration to tackle drug problem.

Addressing a side event at the UN headquarters in New York, Deputy Permanent Representative of Pakistan to the UN, Ambassador Usman Jadoon said Pakistan is pursuing a comprehensive policy to counter the world drug problem.

He said Pakistan is working on a zero-tolerance policy in combating the global challenge of illicit drugs as part of and a comprehensive counter-narcotics strategy.
