Pakistan Calls for Immediate Ceasefire in Sudan

Islamabad: Pakistan has called for immediate ceasefire and a political resolution of conflict in Sudan. Pakistan’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Usman Jadoon, emphasized the need for peace and stability in Sudan, highlighting the importance of a future devoid of violence and suffering for the Sudanese people.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ambassador Usman Jadoon reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to supporting the unity, independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Sudan. The call for a ceasefire underscores Pakistan’s dedication to promoting peaceful resolutions to conflicts and fostering stability in the region.
