Pakistan condemns attack on residence of UEA’s Ambassador in Khartoum, Sudan

Pakistan has strongly condemned attack on the residence of the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates in Khartoum, Sudan.

Foreign Office spokesperson in a statement termed such attacks a violation of international law and the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, 1961 that uphold the respect for diplomatic premises and personnel.

The residence of the ambassador of United Arab Emirates in Khartoum came under attack which caused extensive damage to the building.

UAE said that it would send complaints to the League of Arab States, the African Union and the United Nations.
