Pakistan Continuing to Expand Motorway Network

Islamabad: Pakistan is continuing to expand its motorway network and upgrade its transport infrastructure with the support of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC). Work is progressing rapidly on the M-12 Sambrial-Kharian and M-13 Kharian-Rawalpindi motorway projects.

According to Radio Pakistan, the projects aim to reduce travel time and strengthen regional connectivity across the country. The M-12 and M-13 motorways are also expected to enhance access to markets and improve economic linkages.
