Karachi, February 20, 2013 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Director of our Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 27 February, 2012 at 13:30 hours at the committee room of Ministry of Production, Islamabad to consider and approve the Half yearly Accounts of the Company for the period ended December 31, 2012.
Closed Period for Dealing in Shares of the Company
This is with reference to regulation No. xxiii of the Code of Corporate Governance 2012.
We have to inform you that in view of Board of Directors’ meeting scheduled to be held of February 27, 2013 to consider and approve the accounts of the company for the Half Year Ended December 31, 2012, the company shall observe a closed period from 20.02.2013 to 27.02.2013. As per Code of Corporate Governance during this period no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner.
