According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the incident occurred during an event hosted by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur. The act by Mohibullah Shakir, described as a blatant disregard for diplomatic norms, has sparked significant controversy, particularly in light of his ambiguous legal status in Pakistan. Sources reveal that Shakir does not possess necessary legal documents, including an Afghan passport, and has been residing in Pakistan illegally since his POR Card expired.
