Pakistan Highlights Plight of Children Especially in IIOJK, Palestine

Islamabad: At the UN Security Council Pakistan has highlighted the plight of children especially in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and Palestine.

According to Radio Pakistan, in a statement during the UN Security Council Open Debate on Children and Armed Conflict, Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the UN Ambassador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad said children living under foreign occupation are particularly vulnerable to human rights abuses and violence.
