Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited’s material information

Karachi, July 09, 2013 (PPI-OT): We have been informed of the following:

“International Container terminal Services, Inc.’s (ICTSI) indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, ICTSI Mauritius Limited (ICTSIML), purchased an additional 40,100 shares of Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited (“PICT”) at the Karachi Stock Exchange, representing 0.03% of the total issued capital of PICT.

The acquisition will bring ICTSIML’s direct and indirect ownership in PICT to 64.53%”.
