Pakistan Launches CEGA to Incubate 200 Startups

Islamabad: The Ministry of Information Technology has launched the Center of Excellence in Gaming and Animation. The project aims to incubate 200 startups over five years, train 10,000 professionals, and offer 100 free co-working seats.

According to Radio Pakistan, an agreement was signed between Ignite National Technology Fund and HUM Network Limited in Islamabad. Officials stated that CEGA will help transform Pakistan’s creative talent into a global force. Equipped with modern facilities, the center is set to promote gaming and animation while boosting the digital economy.
