Pakistan Military Academy Celebrates Graduation of Diverse Cadet Courses

Kakul: The Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) held a distinguished passing out parade today for the cadets of the 150th PMA Long Course, 69th Integrated Course, 24th Lady Cadet Course, and 36th Technical Graduate Course. The event marked a significant milestone in the careers of these young officers.

According to Inter Services Public Relations, the ceremony was graced by the presence of the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, NI (M), who served as the chief guest and reviewed the parade. The event also celebrated the graduation of international cadets from countries including Iraq, Jordan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Palestine, Sudan, and Yemen, showcasing the global ties and collaborative spirit of the military academy.

During the ceremony, General Mirza awarded the prestigious Sword of Honor to Battalion Senior Under Officer Abdullah Afzal of the 150th PMA Long Course. Other notable awards included the President’s Gold Medal to Battalion Senior Under Officer Babar Ullah Aman, and the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Overseas Gold Medal to Friendly Country Senior Under Officer Kshitij Gurung from Nepal. Additional honors, such as the Chief of Army Staff Cane and Commandant’s Canes, were presented to distinguished cadets, highlighting their exemplary performance and leadership.
