Pakistan Navy Rescues Eight Fishermen from Stranded Boat in Balochistan

Islamabad: Pakistan Navy has rescued eight fishermen on-board a stranded fishing boat south of Jiwani in Balochistan. A fishing boat named “Al-Qadri,” carrying fishermen from Balochistan, was stranded in the sea due to engine failure.

According to Radio Pakistan, a spokesman for Pakistan Navy stated that the fishermen aboard the boat sent radio calls for help. A Pakistan Navy Sea King helicopter swiftly reached the site of the incident and successfully rescued all eight fishermen on board. Pakistan Navy remains ever-ready to protect the country’s maritime borders and respond to any emergency situation in the sea.
