Pakistan Navy to Induct Two Warships on Defense Day

Islamabad: In a significant enhancement of its maritime defense capabilities, the Pakistan Navy will formally induct two new warships, PNS Babar and PNS Hunain, into its fleet on the occasion of Defense Day.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, President Asif Ali Zardari is expected to attend the ceremony as the chief guest. The PNS Babar was constructed in Turkey, while the PNS Hunain was built in Romania. The addition of these warships is set to bolster the naval force’s defense readiness and capabilities significantly.
