Pakistan Not to Allow India Manipulate Flow of Rivers: Muqam

Islamabad: Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Amir Muqam has declared that Pakistan will not permit India to manipulate the flow of rivers. Addressing a news conference, he voiced Pakistan’s strong stance against India’s actions concerning water resources.

According to Radio Pakistan, Amir Muqam condemned India for using water as a tool for conflict. He highlighted the ongoing struggle of the Kashmiri people for their right to self-determination, pointing to the challenges faced by those in illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

The Minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to the development of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), emphasizing efforts to enhance the region’s progress.
