Pakistan Oilfields Limited Reschedules Annual Meeting to October 17

Rawalpindi: Pakistan Oilfields Limited (POL) has announced the rescheduling of its Annual General Meeting (AGM), initially set for October 14, 2024, to Thursday, October 17, 2024. The meeting will take place at the same location and time as previously planned in Rawalpindi.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the change comes following an earlier announcement on September 2, 2024, which detailed the original meeting plans. The rescheduling aims to accommodate unspecified needs that necessitate the change in date.

The company’s Share Transfer Books will be closed from October 11, 2024, until the new meeting date of October 17, 2024. Any transfers completed at the company’s Registered Office by the close of business on October 10 will be acknowledged for dividend payments.
