Pakistan Railways’ Revenue Increased to Rs115b: Hanif

Islamabad: Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi says the revenue of Pakistan Railways has been increased to one hundred and fifteen billion rupees, describing it as a milestone. Addressing an event in Islamabad today, he highlighted revenue growth in freight service. He said this increase in revenue has been achieved by improving operational efficiency.

According to Radio Pakistan, Hanif Abbasi mentioned that the Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif, has also acknowledged the performance of Pakistan Railways. The minister emphasized that the increase in revenue is largely due to enhanced operational strategies and efficiency, particularly in the freight sector, which has contributed significantly to this financial milestone.
