Pakistan Ready to Cooperate with Sudan in Humanitarian, Development Domains: Tanveer

Islamabad: Pakistan is ready to cooperate with Sudan in humanitarian and development domains through sustainable agriculture-based solutions. This commitment was expressed by Minister for National Food Security and Research Rana Tanveer Hussain, while talking to Sudanese Ambassador Salih Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Siddig in Islamabad on Friday.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister highlighted Pakistan’s advanced research institutions and technical expertise in crop production, irrigation, and livestock health as ideal resources for Sudan’s agricultural development ambitions. Rana Tanveer Hussain acknowledged the potential for a tri-party collaboration involving Sudan, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia.
