Pakistan, Thailand explore potential for joint cultural, art projects

An eight-member delegation of Thailand, led by Director General of Religious Affairs Chaiyapon Suk-leam, held talks with Additional Secretary (Asia Pacific) Ambassador Imran Ahmed Siddiqui in Islamabad today.

The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral relations and celebrating the deep cultural connection between Pakistan and Thailand, rooted in shared Buddhist heritage.

The two sides also explored the potential for joint cultural and art projects and promoting mutual understanding and appreciation of their shared heritage.

The Thai delegation also included the most venerable Anil Sakya.
