Islamabad: Minister for National Heritage and Culture Aurangzeb Khan Khichi emphasized that the ties between Pakistan and Uzbekistan are deeply rooted in their shared history, culture, and spiritual heritage. He made these remarks during a special cultural concert held in Islamabad to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s independence.
According to Radio Pakistan, Khichi highlighted that poetry, music, art, and ideas have traversed the region for centuries, fostering a closer bond between the two nations. The cultural evening featured performances by distinguished Uzbek artists, who showcased Uzbekistan’s rich cultural heritage through music and traditional dances.
