Pakistan: Pakistan has warned against escalation and spillover risks of protracted conflicts. Speaking during an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council, Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Asim Iftikhar Ahmad, reiterated Pakistan’s continued advocacy of dialogue and diplomacy for the peaceful settlement of the Ukraine conflict.
According to Radio Pakistan, Ahmad emphasized that further escalation only risks transforming this crisis into a larger confrontation with wider implications for regional and global peace and security.
