Makkah: Pakistani Mouavineen (Hajj support staff) are demonstrating a commendable commitment by assisting pilgrims from various countries, transcending language and cultural barriers.

According to Radio Pakistan, correspondent Abdul Rehman Cheema reports that the Mouavineen, with a profound sense of duty, provided timely assistance to an Indian pilgrim family who lost their way at the Haram Sharif, ensuring they were reunited with their group. This act exemplifies Pakistan’s spirit of hospitality and respect for the sacred Hajj journey, earning admiration from pilgrims worldwide.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony selected the Mouavineen through a transparent process facilitated by the National Testing Service. Their primary responsibility is to assist Pakistani Hajj pilgrims in Saudi Arabia, but their efforts have extended beyond national borders, showcasing the dedication and commitment of these staff members.
