Pakistan’s Thousand Talents Program Starts in Wuhan, China

Wuhan: The opening ceremony of the Pakistan Agricultural Thousand Talents Program training project was held at Huazhong Agricultural University in Wuhan, Hubei province of China. Fifty-four Pakistani trainees are participating in the course.

According to Radio Pakistan, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of National Food Security, Shafqat Abbas, stated on this occasion that the seed industry is a top priority for the Pakistani government. It is hoped that this practical training will strengthen talent development in the seed sector.
