Lahore: Provincial Disaster Management Authority Punjab has issued an alert for the 11th spell of monsoon rains.
According to Radio Pakistan, the PDMA spokesperson has forecast rain in the upper catchment areas of rivers from Tuesday to Friday. The authority has warned of a potential rise in water levels and possible flooding in streams and nullahs due to heavy rains.
In case of emergency, the public is advised to contact the PDMA helpline at 1129 for assistance.
