People in Azad Jammu and Kashmir Refuse to Support Strike Call

Islamabad: In Azad Jammu and Kashmir, the population has expressed their disapproval of the so-called strike call.

According to Radio Pakistan, on September 9, educational institutions and commercial centers remained operational across all major districts, with traffic maintaining its usual flow on the roads. The residents of Azad Jammu and Kashmir voiced their frustration with the repeated strikes and disruptions, indicating a lack of support for the strike call.

The citizens conveyed their belief that strikes and sit-ins are ineffective methods for resolving issues. They highlighted that the government has consistently responded to public demands, which has been evident in the large voter turnout during elections, reflecting the confidence people have in the administration.
