PM Condemns Terrorist Attack on Polio Team in Bajaur

Bajaur: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has strongly condemned a terrorist attack on a polio team in Bajaur. In a statement, he expressed deep sorrow over the death of a policeman assigned to protect the polio team and the injury of a civilian in the shooting incident.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister issued instructions for the swift identification of the perpetrators and bringing them to justice. He stated that the attack on individuals providing the vital service of polio eradication to the nation is deeply unfortunate.

The Prime Minister reaffirmed the commitment that the polio campaign will continue until polio is eradicated from the country.
