PM Shehbaz Recognizes Armed Forces’ Dedication to National Security

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has extended Eid-ul-Azha greetings to Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu, and Naval Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf during telephone conversations. The Prime Minister paid tribute to the professionalism of the armed forces and acknowledged their services and sacrifices for national security.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister emphasized that the nation takes pride in its brave soldiers and their unwavering commitment and sacrifices for the Armed Forces of Pakistan. He also prayed for the country’s security, progress, and prosperity, and honored the officers and personnel who continue to perform their duties in defense of the motherland even on Eid.

The Chief of Defence Forces and the Services Chiefs expressed their gratitude to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for his Eid greetings and well wishes, and they reciprocated by praying for peace, prosperity, and happiness for the Prime Minister and the entire nation on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha. They further reaffirmed that the Armed Forces of Pakistan remain fully prepared at all times for the defense and security of the country.
