PM Shehbaz Sharif Concludes Turkmenistan Visit After Attending International Forum

Ashgabat: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has departed from Ashgabat after completing his two-day official visit to Turkmenistan. At the airport, Deputy Chairman of Cabinet Ministers of Turkmenistan Mammetkhan Chakyev bid farewell to the Prime Minister and his delegation.

According to Radio Pakistan, during the visit, the Prime Minister attended a forum held in Ashgabat in connection with the International Year of Peace and Trust 2025, the International Day of Neutrality, and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality. The Prime Minister also held bilateral meetings with the presidents of Turkiye, Turkmenistan, and Iran.

In addition to the formal engagements, the Prime Minister engaged in informal meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, and Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov.
