PM Takes Strict Notice of Polio Case in Diamer District

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has taken strict notice of the polio case in Diamer district. During a meeting with Minister for National Health Syed Mustafa Kamal and Focal Person on Polio Eradication Ayesha Raza Farooq, he expressed concern over the reported polio case in Diamer.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister emphasized the need to further improve routine immunization efforts. He instructed that union councils reporting more polio cases and demonstrating inadequate immunization should be closely monitored. The Prime Minister’s directive aims to ensure a more robust response to the polio threat and to prevent further cases.
