PM Thanks Overseas Pakistanis for Remittances of $41.6bn in FY25-26

Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has expressed gratitude to overseas Pakistanis for sending 41.6 billion dollars in remittances during the fiscal year 2025-26.

According to Radio Pakistan, this 8.6 percent increase in remittances reflects the confidence of overseas Pakistanis in the government’s policies. The Prime Minister emphasized that overseas Pakistanis are the country’s valuable asset, and the entire nation is proud of them. Furthermore, he reiterated that the welfare of overseas Pakistanis remains among the government’s top priorities.
