PMD Predicts Mainly Hot, Humid Weather Across the Country

Islamabad: Mainly hot and humid weather is expected over most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. However, rain-wind and thundershowers are predicted in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, and upper and central Punjab. Isolated heavy falls may also occur during the forecast period.

According to Radio Pakistan, temperatures recorded in major cities this morning were: Islamabad at twenty-three degrees centigrade, Lahore at thirty-one, Karachi at twenty-nine, Peshawar at twenty-seven, Quetta at twenty-four, Gilgit at twenty, Murree at sixteen, and Muzafarabad at twenty-two degrees centigrade.

The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir anticipates partly cloudy weather with chances of rain-wind and thundershower in areas including Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. Temperatures recorded this morning in these regions were: Srinagar and Anantnag at twenty degrees centigrade, Jammu at twenty-seven, Leh at nine, Pulwama and
Shopian at nineteen, and Baramula at twenty-one degrees centigrade.
