Polling for Vacant Senate Seat Underway at Punjab Assembly

Lahore: Polling for the Senate by-election is in progress in the Punjab Assembly Hall.

According to Radio Pakistan, the seat had fallen vacant following the disqualification of Senator Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry. The contest for the Senate seat is between Rana Sanaullah and Salma Ijaz.

Polling will continue uninterrupted until 4:00 pm.
