Posts of Secretary RTA Withdrawn and Returned to Administrative Department

Lahore: The posts of Secretary District Regional Transport Authority (Secretary RTA) in the Transport and Masstransit Department, initially advertised in major newspapers, have been returned to the Administrative Department. The decision affects applicants who responded to the advertisement for these positions.

According to Public Service Commission Punjab, the change pertains to Case No. 23-RJ/2024, listed at Serial No. 183 of Advertisement No. 13/2024, which was published in the dailies Dawn and Jang on July 10, 2024. The commission’s policy allows candidates who applied for the withdrawn positions to use their paid Treasury Challan for any other post advertised by the commission within the next year.
