PPP Firmly Believes in Supremacy of Democracy: Saleem

Lahore: Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan has said that the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) firmly believes in the supremacy of democracy. Addressing a ceremony in Lahore, he emphasized that the PPP is a representative of the public and has consistently worked for the rights of the masses.

According to Radio Pakistan, Governor Saleem highlighted the pivotal role of leadership in shaping the destiny of nations. He paid tribute to Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, acknowledging their significant sacrifices for the nation.

The Governor further remarked that the PPP’s leadership has faced numerous challenges for the benefit of the country and its people. He reiterated the party’s commitment to upholding democratic values and serving the public interest.
