Karachi: Premier Insurance Limited has appointed Mr. Farhan Ali Saleem as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 16, 2024. Mr. Saleem succeeds Mr. Amjed Bahadur Ali in this key financial position.

The announcement was made through a formal notice sent to the General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), located in Karachi. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company secretary, Fariq Mahmood Khan Rohilla, signed off on the correspondence which confirmed the leadership transition. The letter also instructed that the TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange be informed of this change accordingly.
