President and PM Condemn Attack on FC Headquarters in Peshawar

Peshawar: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have strongly condemned the attack by Fitna-ul-Khawarij on the FC headquarters in Peshawar. In their separate messages, they expressed condolences to the families of the martyrs and called for the speedy recovery of the injured.

According to Radio Pakistan, both leaders paid tribute to the timely actions of the security forces and police, which helped avert major losses. The President described the attack as an act of foreign terrorists operating with external support, emphasizing that the complete eradication of terrorism by these foreign-backed elements is a top priority.

The Prime Minister stressed the importance of identifying and bringing those responsible for the incident to justice. He reiterated the government’s commitment to countering the intentions of terrorists who threaten Pakistan’s integrity. Shehbaz Sharif also directed authorities to provide immediate medical assistance to the injured.
