President and PM Mourn the Passing of Admiral Retired Iftikhar Ahmed Sirohey

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have expressed their grief over the passing of former Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee and ex-Naval Chief, Admiral retired Iftikhar Ahmed Sirohey.

According to Radio Pakistan, both leaders issued separate statements, offering prayers for the departed soul and expressing condolences to the bereaved family. They acknowledged and honored the contributions of Iftikhar Sirohey to the defense of the country.
