President and PM of Pakistan Condole Chinese Fireworks Factory Blast Victims

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have expressed deep sorrow over the explosion at a fireworks factory in Liuyang, Hunan Province of China, which caused heavy casualties and injuries.

According to Radio Pakistan, President Zardari conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families through a post on social media platform X. He expressed solidarity with all those affected by the tragedy and wished a swift recovery to the injured. Additionally, President Zardari extended his sympathies to Chinese President Xi Jinping and the Chinese people during this challenging time.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also took to X to express condolences. He stated that the people and Government of Pakistan extend heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and pray for the swift recovery of those injured in the blast. Prime Minister Sharif emphasized the unwavering solidarity of Pakistan with Chinese President Xi Jinping, as well as the people and Government of China during this difficult period.
