President and PM of Pakistan Express Condolences Over Queen Sirikit’s Passing

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Queen Sirikit, the revered Queen Mother of Thailand. In a statement, he conveyed heartfelt condolences to King Maha Vajiralongkorn, the Royal Family, and the people of Thailand. The President highlighted that the people of Pakistan share the grief of the Thai nation and stand with them in this time of loss.

According to Radio Pakistan, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has also expressed his deep sorrow over the death of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the beloved Queen Mother of Thailand. In a statement, the Prime Minister conveyed Pakistan’s deepest condolences to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn, the Royal Family, and the people of Thailand. He noted that the thoughts and prayers of the Pakistani people are with them during this time of national grief.
