President and Prime Minister Exchange Eid Greetings with Citizens

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari offered Eid prayer at Aiwan e Sadr in Islamabad on Saturday and prayed for the development and prosperity of the country. The President also exchanged Eid greetings with people present on this occasion. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi and former Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf also offered Eid prayers with the President.

According to Radio Pakistan, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif offered Eid prayer at the Model Town in Lahore. The Prime Minister’s sons, former Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz and Salman Shehbaz, also joined him for the Eid prayer. On this occasion, prayers were offered for the solidarity and prosperity of Pakistan and the unity of the Muslim Ummah. Later, the Prime Minister exchanged Eid greetings with the people.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah offered Eid prayer at Garhi Khuda Bakhsh, Larkana.
