President and Prime Minister Laud Security Forces for Successful Anti-Terrorism Operations

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have paid tribute to the security forces for killing four terrorists belonging to Fitna-al-Khwarij in successful intelligence-based operations conducted in Dera Ismail Khan and Mohmand districts.

According to Radio Pakistan, in their separate messages, the President and Prime Minister reaffirmed their resolve to continue operations against terrorists, emphasizing that the government and security agencies are determined to completely eradicate terrorism from the country under the Azm-e-Istehkam initiative. The President highlighted that thwarting every conspiracy aimed at undermining Pakistan’s peace and stability remains a foremost priority.

The Prime Minister commended the effective action against the terrorists of Fitna-al-Khwarij, noting the group’s operations under Indian patronage. He stated that the nation deeply values the sacrifices of its brave armed forces and assured that every conspiracy against Pakistan’s peace, stability, and security will be foiled. Shehbaz Sharif further emphasized that there is no place for terrorists and their facilitators in Pakistan, and that the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its security forces in the fight against terrorism.
