Islamabad:President Asif Ali Zardari has signed the Prime Minister’s advice concerning the security situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to Radio Pakistan, the President’s approval comes under Articles 232 and 234 of the Constitution of Pakistan. The advice was forwarded by the Prime Minister and signed by the President following the decision of the Federal Cabinet.

The decision also followed reports about law and order from relevant institutions and the unsuccessful negotiations with government delegations.
