President Assents to Armed Forces Amendment Bills

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has given his assent to Pakistan Army (Amendment) Bill, 2025, Pakistan Air Force (Amendment) Bill, 2025, and Pakistan Navy (Amendment) Bill, 2025.

According to Radio Pakistan, these amendments are set to introduce significant changes in the operational and administrative frameworks of the respective branches of the Pakistani Armed Forces. The signing of these bills into law marks a crucial step in the ongoing efforts to modernize and bolster the defense capabilities of the country.

The Pakistan Army (Amendment) Bill, 2025 focuses on enhancing the operational readiness and efficiency of the army by implementing new training protocols and streamlining command structures.
