President, PM Express Resolve to Eradicate Terrorism from Country

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have commended security forces for their successful operation against terrorists in Dera Ismail Khan District. In their separate messages, both appreciated the security forces for killing four Khawarij in the operation.

According to Radio Pakistan, they also paid tribute to Sepoy Basit Siddiqui who embraced martyrdom in the operation and stated that the nation will always remember the sacrifices of their martyrs. Both leaders prayed for the higher ranks of the Shaheed and offered condolences to the bereaved family.

The President emphasized that security forces’ operations will continue until the complete eradication of terrorism. The Prime Minister also vowed to eliminate all forms and manifestations of terrorism in the country.
