President Zardari Praises Pakistan Navy for Major Anti-Narcotics Operation in North Arabian Sea

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has commended the Pakistan Navy for its successful anti-narcotics operation in the North Arabian Sea, which resulted in the seizure of a large quantity of drugs.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the President acknowledged the Navy’s critical role in safeguarding Pakistan’s maritime boundaries and countering illegal activities. He praised the operation as a reflection of the Navy’s professionalism and dedication in protecting the nation from criminal elements.

The operation was carried out by Pakistan Navy ship PNS ZULFIQAR and Pakistan Maritime Security Agency ship PMSS KOLACHI, in collaboration with the Combined Task Force 150. Assistance was provided by the US Navy aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln, the US Coast Guard, and aircraft from both Pakistan and the United States.
