Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has extended his condolences to the President of Turkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, following a devastating fire at the Grand Kartal Hotel in northwestern Turkiye that resulted in significant loss of life. The Prime Minister conveyed his sympathies during a telephone call earlier today, expressing the sorrow of the Pakistani nation and their prayers for the victims and those injured in the incident.

According to a statement by Press Information Department, Prime Minister Sharif assured President Erdogan of Pakistan’s full solidarity with Turkiye during this difficult time. He praised the swift actions of Turkish authorities in response to the tragic event and offered any necessary assistance.
