Hattian Bala: The Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq, has announced the launch of a public outreach campaign starting from Haveli, extending from Taobat to Bhimber. This initiative is aimed at personally assessing the underdeveloped areas and addressing the concerns of the local populace. Speaking at a reception in Hattian Bala Bazaar, he emphasized the need to move beyond formalities and ceremonial addresses to strengthen the relationship between the public and the state. The event was attended by government ministers including Colonel (Retd) Waqar Ahmed Noor, Diwan Ali Khan Chughtai, Abdul Majid Khan, Azhar Sadiq, Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, Mian Abdul Waheed, District Council Chairman Tayyab Kayani, and others.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome extended to him, particularly by Ashfaq Zafar, and promised to visit Zafar’s constituency soon. He announced the separation of university and college campuses and included the Ali Khan Chughtai Cricket Ground and a 4-kilometer road in the development budget as part of the ongoing development program.
Earlier, addressing a reception in Sain Bagh, the Prime Minister reiterated his commitment to public service, assuring that the government maintains a clean record. He boldly stated that he would resign if any instance of corruption could be proven against any member of his cabinet, demonstrating his commitment to transparency and accountability in governance.
