Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Emphasizes Expansion of Asaan Khidmat Centres

Islamabad:Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has reiterated the government’s dedication to delivering fast, transparent, and quality services directly to citizens.

According to Radio Pakistan, during a meeting in Islamabad focused on Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Centres, the Prime Minister emphasized that citizens should not need to repeatedly visit offices to access public services. He highlighted the significance of providing multiple services under one roof through these centers as a key government priority.

The Prime Minister called for the swift expansion of the Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Centre in Islamabad and urged the acceleration of work on centers in Muzaffarabad, Gilgit, and Skardu to make them operational as soon as possible. He also directed immediate actions to establish new centers in Peshawar and Bannu.

Furthermore, Shehbaz Sharif instructed that Asaan Khidmat Centres should be set up in other regions of the country through partnerships with the private sector. The meeting was informed that over 171,000 applications have been processed at the Islamabad center this year, with 99.5 percent of users expressing satisfaction with the services.
