Programs Being Implemented to Train Youth in AI, Says Minister Shaza

Islamabad: Minister for Information Technology Shaza Fatima has announced that programs are being implemented to train youth in Artificial Intelligence (AI). Speaking at a briefing on Zahanat AI, she underscored the importance of embracing AI to keep pace with global advancements.

According to Radio Pakistan, Minister Shaza highlighted that the government is actively supporting AI-related startups, indicating a strong commitment to fostering innovation and technological growth in the country. She further stated that applied sciences would be taught at Daanish University, marking a significant step towards integrating AI education in higher learning institutions.

Additionally, Minister Shaza revealed that AI classes have been introduced in all schools within the Federal Capital Territory. Efforts are also underway to effectively implement AI education at the college and university levels, ensuring that students are well-prepared for future challenges in the technology-driven world.
