Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that project of Pakistan Kidneyand Liver Transplant Institute is of vital importance in the provision of modern treatment facilities to the patients.
Speaking at a meeting in Lahore on Wednesday through video link from London, he said the project will be state-of-the-art like other projects of the Punjab government and a milestone in the provision of modern treatment facilities in health sector.
He said that the first phase of the centre will be completed by December 25 this year.
