Protest rally held in Muzaffarabad against detention of Hurriyat leaders by India

A protest rally held in Muzaffarabad today (Friday) demanded the release of Hurriyat leaders and workers illegally detained in different Indian jails.

It was arranged by Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir.

The participants of the rally gathered at Lal Chowk after Jumma prayer.

The participants of the rally holding banners, placards, and pictures of the detained leaders raised anti-India and pro-freedom slogans.

The speakers including Ghuzair Ahmad Ghazali demanded the UN and world human rights organizations to guarantee Kashmiris’ right-to-self-determination and put pressure on India to set free detained leaders and give fundamental rights to the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Kashmir.
