Islamabad: PTCL Group, a major player in Pakistan’s telecom sector, has joined forces with Mercantile, the official Apple distributor in the country, to unveil exclusive iPhone 16 offers. This partnership aims to provide customers with extended warranties, instant insurance, and customized telecom benefits.
Mercantile has emphasized its commitment to delivering authentic, PTA-approved Apple products, offering a two-year warranty specifically for Pakistani consumers. In collaboration with PTCL Group, the distribution company is also providing accidental coverage and theft insurance valued up to Rs. 400,000.
The partnership includes special bundles for users of PTCL and Ufone 4G. Ufone 4G customers will receive a complimentary eSIM with 200 GB of data, 1,000 off-net, and 10,000 on-net minutes monthly for six months, equating to a savings of PKR 2,000 each month. PTCL broadband subscribers can access 50 Mbps internet speeds at the cost of 30 Mbps, saving PKR 3,100 a month for a year.
To celebrate the launch, the first 100 purchasers will get free Apple chargers. Additionally, all buyers will be entered into a lucky draw for a chance to win AirPods. The devices will be available for purchase online and at selected PTCL Joint Shops in Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi, with options for both home delivery and in-store collection. The offer is available to both existing and new customers of PTCL, Ufone 4G, and UPaisa.
